This is a new find in the Koenji neighborhood. Its a really small cafe/ gallery with about 15 chairs. Sometimes they have bands play there and they display local artists work. The food is typical cafe food in Tokyo, curry, omelet and rice etc. but the hospitality is just what i need. The small individual dishes and sugar in the raw. The coffee that is purchased from the store next door. I like to watch people go by the windows that look out onto the small alley where the entrance is. It's like a slideshow of society and more specifically Koenji.
