There seems to be less accountability in the city. I guess its the anonymity factor. People just say and do what they want because they know there are so many people that they don't ever have to see that person again. In a small town you have to be careful what you say and do. I think that is a good thing except for the gossip. I think this brings the worst out in city folk.
